Biography

Born On The 11Th MAY, In Nigeria. Grew Up In The Dusty Streets Of Two Big Nigerian Cities of Lagos and Enugu. Came To South Africa In 1999, On A Sports Scholarship At Technikon Witwatersrand ( Rugby and Athletics ). Later Moved and Studied At RAU University In 2000 ( Rugby and Athletics ). Obtained A Diploma and Graduated In Sports Management. Started and Founded Bold Heart Group, In 2004 ®. I Found My New Passion In Safety and Security Services. Where I Have 20 Years Work Experience. I Am Currently A Safety and Security Community Leader In Ferndale Randburg, Gauteng Province.

Thabiso Panaso Lloyd Xulu

Biography

Mr. Thabiso Panaso Lloyd Xulu completed his studies and training at the Excel Training Centre, known as the most advanced security guard training centre in KwaZulu Natal. At Excel he acquired Grades: B, C, D, E.

He worked at Astral Cornibex call center and Excellerate Call Centres where he learned to interact with people and manage a diverse customer base. As a talented and keen sportsman, he played and represented a KZN Provincial District in Soccer and Cricket. Mr. Xulu represented the KZN Province in Basketball and various Indigenous Games (Indigenous Sports). He is also an avid swimmer. This combination of a talented athlete and security professional provides for a well balanced and agile leader in the security industry. Mr. Xulu is a founding partner and Director of Bold Heart Commercial.

Meet Thomas.

Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in business having worked in various senior roles in IT, Telecommunications and Banking for leading blue-chip organisations in the region. Very Passionate about the technology opportunity across the region he spent the early part of his career in the financial services Industry.

Thomas holds a bachelor Degree in Financial Management from the University of South Africa. His background, experience and exceptional leadership skills makes him a key asset to the Bold Heart Commercial.

Dulton started his security practicals at Bold Heart Group/Security and in 2013 after obtaining a diploma in security management, he started his career in 2014 as a security guard at Bold Heart Security. He later moved over to become a supervisor in 2015.

His dedication and commitment to the company allowed him to be promoted as the manager in 2019 in guarding, tactical division, riot and strike, investigations and executive protection. Dulton is a great asset to the company and a wonderful example of the success that true dedication and commitment can bring on individual.
